Landscaping – edging beds, tree rings, spring cleanups, pre-emergent needs to be applied at the propert time to control crabgrass.

Pond/fountain – cleaning fountains, maintaining fountains, waiting for pond water to reach temperatures that are consistently greater than 60 degrees for applicatons to be successful. Fountains will be installed as the spring flowers are installed, weather warms up and more residents are out and about on the trails. The goal is to have all of these ready about the same time to showcase the community.

Pool – purchase new furniture, maintenance on building, repair furniture, schedule painting, schedule improvements

Playground – schedule certified mulch installs so that area will be ready for activity as weather warms up.

Spring flowers – target to have the flowers in by April 1st.

Common area maintenance – paint, maintain signage, gates, etc. (paint, tuck pointing, etc.)
