Curb appeal is not something that is a one time evaluation. It is an ongoing effort throughout the year. This is why Four Seasons Property Management (FSPM) offers ONLY WEEKLY visits and cost less than our competitors. Many other management companies try to save an HOA money by only visiting every other week, every 20 days, every month, etc. Do not fall for this cost cutting offer. This is not a recipe for success because, how do you successfully evaluate violations by comparing mowing, trimming, trash cans, maintenance, parking, etc. which only lengthens the time to correct when the company required to enforce these items is only visiting less frequently. Please explain.

At the same time, then you have to communicate after these inspections, and may also include another contractor to help resolve an issue by waiting longer between visits.
